Octo Innovative Solutions requires all wholesale/distribution accounts to provide tax/resale documents.

Minimum orders for Wholesale $300.00.  We apologize for the inconvenience but wholesale orders can’t be processed on line at this time.  Upon filling the form and once we qualify you as a wholesale account, a sales rep will contact you and help you processing your orders.

Payment methods: We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MC, Discover and AMEX.  There is no additional fees or charges associated with your credit card payments.

All customers, retail and wholesale who agree to do business with Octo Innovative Solutions acknowledge reading all of these terms and conditions and other important pertinent information that are on the website.

All customers must be 21 years of age or older.  If you are under 21, please exit the website.

All products are intended for tobacco use only.

Shipping

All retail orders will ship FREE via USPS first class mail or priority mail   Wholesale orders will be shipped ground using UPS.  Freight companies will be used when applicable for wholesale orders.  Wholesale customers will be responsible for paying the shipping charges.  Please refer to our Shipping and Returns policy tab for more details.
