All orders received by 2:00pm Arizona time will ship the day.\u00a0 Estimated time of delivery is 2-4 business days. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><li>Once the order is shipped, the customer will be provided with a tracking number. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0If the customer doesn\u2019t receive the product 4 days from the day the order was placed, the customer needs to email us and we will handle promptly.<\/li><\/ul><p>Please Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you only as an estimate that is given to us by the shipping company. We will do our best to get the product to you as soon as possible, however, Octo Innovative Solutions is not liable for shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstance, such as, weather, natural disasters or carriers issues. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p><h5><strong>Returns, Warranty and Refunds<\/strong><\/h5><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>All warranty inquiries must be communicated via email. Please email us any issues or concerns at <a href=\"mailto:Info@octodabz.com\">Info@octodabz.com<\/a><\/li><li>Depending on the product, the warranty ranges from 3 months to 1 year and lifetime. Those terms are always listed in the product description area. If the customer experiences product failure within the warranty period, the customer must contact us via email to report the issue.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0A free exchange will be issued within 24\/48 of receiving any warranty issues.\u00a0 \u00a0Customers will not pay for any shipping fees for any products covered under our warranty. \u00a0If customer is asked to ship back the defective product, we will cover the shipping as well. \u00a0Warranty does not cover refunds. \u00a0<\/li><li>Warranty does not cover the use of our product with parts from other manufacturers.<\/li><li>In the event the customer orders the wrong item or wishes to cancel the order for any reason, we must be notified immediately after placing the order to be able to cancel the order before we ship and issue a refund. Refunds will be issued the next business day due to having to wait for the credit card transactions to settle for that day to enable us to access the transaction and issue the refund.<\/li><li>Refunds for orders that are already shipped can\u2019t be issued until we get the product back.
